Frequently Asked Questions

  • See our Services page for an in-depth list of services that we offer, but basically, if it can be cleaned, it can be cleaned with dry ice. The dry ice cleaning process eliminates without the secondary waste of pressure washing or sand blasting. This means we can clean incredibly delicate components such as electronics and rubber parts without damaging them.

  • Getting started is simple. Reach out! Use our contact form or call. We’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

  • Could be that we grew up in the 80s. Could be that our parents were cold and indifferent, but I digress…

Before we even decided to go down the dry ice path we agreed that the most important product that we’d offer was superior customer service. We’re not really in this to get rich. I mean, we’re not against it, but that’s not the primary focus. We want people to be happy with the service AND the finished product. We don’t over schedule ourselves and generally do one job until it’s completely done before we move on to the next one.

  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

  • Generally, dry ice cleaning costs about $300 an hour. I say generally because we usually charge by the job and not the hour. As an example, say that we estimate that doing the under carriage of a car to take about 10 hours. If we find that your car doesn’t need 10 hours of cleaning we won’t charge you the normal $3000 fee, we’ll charge you whatever actual time spent is.

  • We like to think that working with us is like a picnic on a cool spring morning while playing with puppies, with a dramatic voice over provided by Morgan Freeman, all while wearing a warm Snuggy.

Seriously, though, your satisfaction is our goal. We really strive to put your needs and satisfaction first.
